Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of dropshipping, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The wrong item was received
• The item was significantly different from the description
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds: • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Items marked as final sale
• Items returned without prior approval
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions. Refunds are processed after confirmation from the supplier.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
